PAI is the UK leader in the audit and certification of the UK Feed Schemes

This is an exciting opportunity to be closely involved with trade assurance schemes which are vital to providing safe animal feed, safe food and secure fertiliser supplies. The role involves managing existing schemes in the agricultural sector and will be based in PAI Offices in Harrogate some travel in the UK and abroad will be involved. The successful candidate will need good knowledge of the feed supply industry and be an enthusiastic advocate of safe feed and a secure fertiliser supply chain. Previous experience of operating assurance schemes will be an advantage.

Requirements for the role;

• The ability to manage technical issues.

• Able to work both as team player and independently.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Have the ability and patience to explain scheme requirements to businesses of all sizes and personnel of all capabilities.

• Be capable of thinking of the wider picture of the feed, food and fertiliser industries

• Have enthusiasm for a demanding role.
