Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association

The Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association is the first product in the UK to be granted the prestigious CSC mark of approval from the EU (see PDO/PGI section). This mark indicates that the product specification has a specific and unique characteristic. The specification is lodged with the EU and the production process must be independently certified as complying with the specification. PAI was selected by the Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association to certify this production process.
