TASCC
PAI are the chosen certifiers for the AIC Trade Assurance Scheme for Combinable Crops (TASCC). This scheme was first introduced in 1997 and has since been updated every year on 1 July.
This certification standard, which is delivered in partnership with Integra www.foodsecure.co.uk, comprises a set of protocols for transport, storage, laboratory testing and merchanting of combinable crops for use in the animal feed industry.
The merchanting of bulk combinable crops module was added in July 2004.
The TASCC Scheme is currently undergoing the first major revision since its inception and the results of this rewrite will be published on the AIC web site www.AGIndustries.org.uk in due course.
TASCC Feedback
At the close of all TASCC assessments, the participant is left with a feedback form that can be returned to AIC Services. The feedback form is designed to enable participants to pass their comments directly back to AIC Services. AIC Services have a policy of review and continuous improvement for the TASCC Codes of Practice and the results of the feedback are summarised on their website. Login here.
